First Mr. Bee got in on the blogging action, personalized bobblehead, and then last week my brother actually called me and told me he wanted to write a post about his honeymoon to Bora Bora! So without further ado, customized bobbleheads, brotherbee’s Bora Bora review (a 3 part series).
~~
My wife and I had dreamed of honeymooning in Bora Bora for over a year. However,,, we got married in November of 2005 which was the rainy season over there. Since we expected our honeymoon to be the only time we would get to go to such a special and expensive destination we decided to postpone our trip until late March of 2006.
Moorea
Our itinerary included one night at the Sheraton Tahiti followed by four nights at the Le Meridien in Bora Bora. We arrived in Tahiti in the evening and did not get to see much of the island. The only international airport in this area is on Tahiti so everyone must make this their first stop before going to the outer islands. It is a ten minute plane ride to Moorea from there, personalized bobbleheads, and a 45 minute ride to Bora Bora.
On the way from Tahiti to Bora Bora, make sure you sit on the left side of the plane which will allow you to take in the gorgeous and surreal views of the Society Islands. Finally, as you begin your descent, there lies Bora Bora in all of its magnificence. The view provided by such a high altitude is a great introduction to this mythical island.
On the way to Bora Bora
We soon landed on a motu, customized bobbleheads,Radio Control Skateboards Offers LED Battery Life Indicator, the Tahitian term for an islet, where the airport was located. Hotel representatives are waiting for you there where you are greeted with a smile and lei. Depending on which resort you are staying at,custom bobblehead, it is only a 10-15 minute boat ride.
Approaching Bora Bora
Upon arriving at the motu Le Meridien was on, we were given a wet towel to freshen up along with a cold drink. We were then given a tour of the property and then taken to our Premium Over Water Bungalow, custom bobbleheads. The Premium OWB is about a hundred bucks more per night but well worth it since they have breathtaking views of the lagoon and Mt. Otemanu right from your patio.
The room is also quite nice with all the amenities you will need including a large shower, separate bathtub,Soccer Conditioning - A Guide To Power Training,., air conditioner, personalized bobble heads, king size bed, and a fridge with a minibar. It is well decorated with a Polynesian theme and it even has glass floor panels so that you can see the fish in the lagoon from your room.
We promptly jumped into the crystal blue water from our veranda. The depth of the water under our bungalow was about 8-9 feet, personalized bobble heads,Atlanta Falcon Football, so my wife used a flotation device we brought from home. They provide you with life vests so it is not a requirement to bring a tube. After our swim, personalized bobblehead, we rinsed ourselves with the shower that is right next to the ladder that is used to climb out of the water.
Stay tuned for Part II.
